Home Health Aide (HHA)

Home Health Aide services are provided under the direction of a nurse.  The Home Health Aide will assist the patient by providing support and personal care services.

Our Home Health Aides provide assistance with activities of daily living including:

  • Personal Care​

  • Companion

  • Homemaking

  • Respite

Our Home Health Team will work with you to increase your functional abilities and regain independence, to eventually decrease your reliance on the home health aide.
